Hair should be at least 1/4 inch (about 6 mm) long so the wax can properly grip and remove it from the root. If the hair is too short, it may affect the results.

Keep the area clean and avoid applying heavy lotions or oily skincare products on the day of your appointment. Please let us know if you are using Retinol, Tretinoin, prescription acne medications, or have recently had laser treatments, chemical peels, or other skin treatments. Waxing should also be postponed if the area is irritated, sunburned, or has broken skin.
